I had this problem with my new 7105T earlier this week. I finally resolved the problem by creating a new Outlook profile, and by following ALL of the directions from Blackberry.Com's web site on how to do a full clean UNINSTALL of Blackberry Desktop Manager. (This uninstalls software, removes registry entries, and removes directories.) And I'm now using DTM 4.1 from Blackberry.com.

How about this...

if this doesn't work, enable advanced logging (how to at teh bottom of the link) and send me the logs. I'll see if I can't get something from that.

for those with the same problem I have finally fixed it, in going through everything else possible it turns out that I had 2 versions of Outlook installed on my computer I had 2003 which is the Office11 folder and 2002 which is in the Office10 folder under Program Files, Microsoft Office.....

All I had to do was remove Outlook 2002 so I had one dedicated email program on my machine, when I transferred everything over from my old machine Outlook 2002 came along for the ride.....

Just go to add and remove programs and go to your Office XP or whatever it is and click "change" or "modify" and have it remove just the 2002 office version or whichever version you need to get rid of!!

After that I had to go back into Add Remove Programs and click Outlook 2003 and do a "repair" of it because some of the files were removed and then BOOM that was it I was back up and running and my BB had no problem synching!!

I wanted to take a minute to give a BIG THANKS to dustbin as well, he helped me out quite a bit and was very patient at getting me to my final answer so I could not have done this at all without him, thanks a TON buddy!!!

Hope that helps if you are still having trouble or do not understand it perfectly either post up in here or PM me and I'll help you further if need be!!!

Thanks again for all that helped me out and posted in this thread, I am just happy to have it back up and running and working now!!! Love the board and all the help I was given thanks! Can't say it enough!!!!
