We have BES 5.0.3.31, MS Exchange platform (Exchange server Ru2 sp4) and would like to apply the September 2013 Daylight Savings Time Update, as recommended in KB35029

I went thru the BB kb and it only says to apply this patch on device by downloading to browser. Being a BB admin, what exactly should we doing?

so ur sayin' have the user download and install the JAD file from BB browser?

i was told some patch need to be installed on the server level also? Note: our server are not on-premise, and they are hosted on MS 365 cloud

BES version: 5.0.3.31 and Exchange = 2010 sp2 ru4

KB35029 has been read from the BB site.

it says ask users to download JAD file from BB browser, work with MS to push the windows update to local PC and obviously deploy the DST patch on the server hosting BES server.

Correct me if i got u wrong? .
