Application log on BB server filling with sql errors

Hi,
We have two 4.1 BB servers connecting to a serperate sql 2000 server. Approx every minute 100's of warnings are being logged in the application log on both BB servers. The messages are all very similar to the message below;
PMDatabaseSQLImp::SetAllStatProps: COM Error 0x80040E14 - IDispatch error #3092 - Source: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server" - Description "There is insufficient system memory to run this query." - Command ""
Messages appear to be getting to devices normaly however users connecting to the BB manager are ocassionaly receiving error messages. As far as I'm aware this has only started happening in the early hours of this morning. All three servers have been restarted with no change.
Has anybody seen this before and is it something to worry about ?
