Blackberry professional software hanging Exchange Server?

Hi,
I installed Blackberry professional software on a w2k3 ent edition running exchange 2003 ent and the install was sucessful, but now my exchange server is seeming to hang? I have a hard time logging on and only a reboot will allow me to log back on at the console.
I'm also not able to remote desktop to the server anymore, where I could before. OWA is also not working?
Aanyone ever experience these issues after a Blackberry professional software installation?
Not sure why this is happening for you; your event and bes logs are probably good first places to start. Feel free to post content here if you need explanation on it.
