What is the option to know how many emails received in specific day for one user in his blackberry device using BES 5.4 ??
However I have installed blackberry enterbrise server log analysis tool but when i select messeage flow reporting then type the email address and the input and output folder then run; it gave error : agent log MAGT not found in c:\program files\reaserch in motion\blackberry enterbrise server\logs\20160219 !!
And I tried to run the command : messageflow -p E -u [smaoffice@orbit.net] -L "C:\Program File
n\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\20160220" -O C:\msgflow
it run and it gave not creating file for [smaoffice@orbit.net] and there is no report under the outputfolder!

Can any one help how i can get report and track the emails please?

usually its by the PIN of the user in the logs not the user it self

Thank you, but acually this will not give list for emails by user.
what I need is a log that give list of email sent or received by user?
