Hello;

I have a problem with my BB9700 that its power goes off by-self and hard to restart. I assumed that battery is faulted and replaced the battery but problem is the same. Then I cleaned it completely and reinstalled the OS but still same problem.
When it is off, if i press the power off/on button, nothing happen. If i pull the battery and push, some time it restarts but some time not. Please help.

If it was dropped or got wet you may have physical issues and need a replacement.

Some things to try.

do a wipe and do not reload any apps or your backup. if this allows it to work then one of your apps is causing this and trial and error loading will tell which one.

check the connections on the battery prongs. clean and make sure they are touching the battery.

Try a different charger. If the cable is not original it may not charge the phone.

This time the situation is that my BB is totally off. WHen i pull and push the battery, the LED turns on with red color for few seconds then off and nothing happens after that. Same happens when i connect a charger or connect it with PC. Looks like physical problem but how do i recover.
