Default Slow Sprint Network

Please Login to Remove!

My work use Sprint Network because of the BB iden. However, it is getting slower and slower every day, and took forever to get on the internet? I know that we (the company) get it because of they are less expensive than AT&T, but the service just not great at all. Anyone have the similar network problem..

iDEN was built for Direct Connect and application use. It isn't there for speed. I doubt it is getting slower every day....

Still D/C is on one network, Data/Voice on other network. However, I just don't see why a Sprint BB connection is slow. I can't even get to Facebook, Yahoo mail or even msn homepage without keep hitting refresh.

I use Sprint and don't have any issues. Which device are you using? Is the the 8350i Curve? If so, that runs solely on the iDEN network.

Incorrect. iDEN is used for all the connectivity on that device. A "Sprint" BlackBerry is on the CDMA network an much faster.

Thank you. Now make much more sense. Look like the Tech support didn't tell us the full story behind the scene.
