Are there any programs out that allow you to take over someones's phone by bluetooth?

Your not super stealth when you ahve to apporve the connection. All Bluetooth software will work it you accept and trust the connection.

So show me a hack.

Allow me to connect to a BlackBerry without the other user knowing, having to approve or me having physical access to the device. That would be a hack. Not creating a trusted connection the conventional way.

But you asked in your post:

That could allow you to transfer files, address book, pictures, video, etc. So yes possible ID theft.
