I downloaded Quickpull to my Pearl Flip and when there was a freeze in the process, did a battery pull. Everything worked fine afterwards (including the new program) but my Profiles reverted back to default. Any thoughts on that one? I've never seen a battery pull do that, and it wasn't a master reset as nothing else seemed to change.

You pulled the battery before the full application install and restore. Some Apps take a long time to install and look like they are stalled but are not. You missed bricking your BB. I would suggest you wait long enough to be very sure the unit is really stalled. Rarely it is.

So by prematurely pulling, it caused the profiles to reset?

Maybe not related to your issue, but since I've installed BBM 5 my profil for the BBM Groups option resets after a battery very annoying

That's interesting...it takes a long time to reset your profiles. Is this becoming a bigger issue, that of battery pulls starting to cause profiles to reset?
