One of these questions that I know is out there somewhere, but I can't find the right way to search for it.

What is the amount of data in either days or KB that gets synched back to a device at the initial setup?

Is this a setting on the Bes server that can be modified, if so where?

I assume you are refering to the enterprise activation, I think the amount of data that is transfered will depend on how much data is sync'ed.. If the user has been using the Exchange/Domino Outlook/Lotus Notes for a while they probably a good amount of contacts/calendar entries/etc that need to be carried over.
