I too upgraded yesterday. So far everything is working perfectly, with the exception of image thumbnails, but just the ones stored in the device memory. The images stored on the mini SD card have thumbnails show up just fine. Could those that say they are having no thumbnail issues please clarify whether their images are stored in the device memory or on a mini SD card?

So if there are any others on TMo running this newer bold os, please advise. Thanks friends!!! DBB
Any TMo users out there experience good results?

Nope, I can see the icon and when I click on it, nothing. Like I never clicked it.

I ended up using dm and removing the blackberry messenger app, then re adding it. Works now, but I lost all my contacts in there.

Now that I upgraded to the .190 the voice dialing sometimes has problems "allocating the memory..." Anyone else having this problem?

So what has less problems .185 or .190? Anyone know if BB is going to come out with another update to address these issues?

Some are happy with 190, some are with 185. And sure they will have a new release. As usual...

My biggest problem with .190 is with bluetooth and the voice dialing messing up. The bluetooth headset I usually use in the car just stops working with the phone, so I answer it and hear nothing, then transfer it to the handset and it hangs up sometimes.

Anyone experiencing issues with their profiles (notification settings) being set back to default settings? Also, I experience "lock-ups" when email or sms /mms comes in and I am in another program.

The only porb I have is with the thumbnails... Even as i take pics now, some will show thumbnails and some will not. Makes no sense. Where is the link for .185???

It does not show on the BB link on the first page!

Thanks!

Unless there is a fix for the thumbnail issue

Has anyone got a handle as to why DM 4.7 fails with this version? I've tried both the beta .190 and this release version on a new unlocked handset with .126 and neither would load through DM. It listed the current and .190 and choosing either just told me I was already current. DM v4.6 wasn't a problem.

Is it a glitch seeing as using loader.exe gets around it or do you think RIM are being pressured to make it harder for people to use other providers OS images now?

Unless there is a fix for the thumbnail issue
Based on my experience, and that of several others who have confirmed the same issue, thumbnails for pics in the device memory don;t display. I have the destination folder for new pics shot with the onboard camera set to a folder on my SD card. All of the pics I take with the camera display their thumbnails correctly as a result. Setting your destination folder for camera pics to one on your SD card would probably resolve your issue. Everything else with .190 seems to work great.

Anybody getting issues with Google Maps with this upgrade? Everytime I click on "My location", it takes me to somewhere a bit off on the map.
