Default Weather Push problem

Please Login to Remove!

I set up weather push last night but I dont have an actual icon on my home screen or a bookmark option in my browser. I woke up this morning and now I have a small icon to the top left. Its a globe with a 1 next to it. Im assuming its notifying me that I have a weather update but how can I check it or delete it?

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

As I recall, there are two options in the setup, right. Delivery to your message folder or home screen icon. Which did you choose? Check both places.

FYI it took a long time to activate when I did it. May for you, too.

When you get a weather push notification it will show up as a globe below or beside your unread message count - click on the message in your inbox and it will open your browser. I have found the weather push to be inconsistent in timing and sometimes I go days without getting a new push but then I will get several in a day. The message subject will be something like "27 Degrees Your town Sunny"

Hope that helps.
