What's your infastructure like? Exchange? Notes? Users? Standardization in Devices? Is the BES currently deployed in this environment?
We may be interested, We have yet to take on a customer where we only manage their BES though. We primarily manage Exchange, but also manage Blackberry Enterprise Servers, Smart Hosts, SAN's and their associated hardware. Our monitoring will pick most things up before it's even noticable to your end users.
One benefit right off the bat is that it's backed by a NOC that's running 24x7 that is receiving monitoring updates from your BES every minute or so. No sub contractor can offer that, although there are a lot of VERY capable people on this board that would be all over any issue once it's reported to them.
I'd offer to help personally, but can't due to conflict of interest. PM me if you're interested in learning more about the company and I can answer any questions you may have. We're not a small shop by any means, we have quite a few A-list clients and are hiring support personel like crazy to accomodate all of our up and coming clients.
