I know I can enable the BES to do a wireless backup of the devices and all my users are set this way. My question is, can i set it up to have point in time copies?
One of my Directors had a bunch of his email, SMS and phone logs deleted and he wanted to get them restored. I wiped it, did a re-activation but it ended up exactly the same.

Anyone else have this issue? I would need to drill down to a per device level.

Only with desktop manager.

have him sync his BB once a week in desktop manager, problem solved, live and learn.
