Default BES admin sizing and other questions

Please Login to Remove!

Sorry if this comes up as a complete newbie question, but I'm really new to BES in my current environment.

Currently we have 2 BES servers, with approx 500 users in our corporate. We're using BE 3.6, exchange 2000 and windows 2000. Keeping that in mind, following questions :

1. Where can I find a guide or information on sizing of admin's and support required. Keep in mind, the people supporting it are excellent at Exchange 2000 (our mail server) and Win2k, AD, SQL.

2. Is it possible to manage a BES without actually logging into the server and giving the user right the highest exchange permission, and domain admins permission ? We'd like to have a MMC like the AD users, computers snap in which can be run remotely to do so.

Are these things possible ? again, if a question is out of line, or can't be understood well please let me know.
