Default Enterprise Activation issues after Microsoft Exchange rebuild

Hello all,

Hopefully somebody can shed some light on an issue that we're currently experiencing; I look after 15 Blackberry users here (activations etc) the BES is administrated in the UK by head office.

Last week our Exchange server died; I had to rebuild it & restore from tape. Since then our Blackberries have stopped working, Blackberry support informed me that a new MAPI profile would have been created so the BES accounts would have to be re-created.

This was done last night by our BES administrator in the UK; I’ve tried re-activating my device this morning however I constantly receive “The server is not responding, please contact your system administrator’

I receive the etp message without an issue, however it isn’t picked up by the BES server & just sits there for twenty minutes; I then receive another etp e-mail just as I receive the “The server is not responding, please contact your system administrator’ error message.

Looks like the admins didn't give the BESAdmin the proper permissions ...

Point your Exchange Admins to this KB Article - Microsoft Exchange and Windows permissions required to install BlackBerry Enterprise Server

let us know how this works out
