Default Best Practices for iPhone/Android on BES 10

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone know of any?

For instance, what is the best way to put the MDM software on the phone? Do you need to install it using a different Apple Account? Do you then need to maintain a different Apple account for each phone, along with the apple account that the phone user would have? Otherwise, they can just remove the software themselves.
Does this mean, that if I have a fleet of phones, I have to maintain both a magnitude of Apple User accounts, Apple admin accounts, and Google Play accounts? What a massive pain in the butt, and what an incredible security issue, having to maintain all those passwords/usernames.

Also, email on iPhones (and android devices). When I change my email password on my Exchange email account, my Blackberry does NOT require me to reenter the password to reconnect to my email. There is some intelligence built in there. On my Android devices, it doesn't seem so smart, and I need to go to every device and change the password. Any solution to that? It's hard enough to get our network users to change their passwords, but if they need to reenter it on their phone everytime they change it, they will be very annoyed.

EAS has no bypass for password, it uses the AD account. This is how Microsoft implemented it and what BES 10 uses.

BES 5 and older didnt use the users AD account. it used the BESAdmin service account to access mailboxes.
