I have read your post several times to try to understand your problem, but I cannot determine your problem. Would you mind revising your post to be more clear as to exactly what issue you are experiencing?

When you plug your charger in it will bring up the clock, all you need to do is unlock the keypad and browse the phone......

how to unlock the keypad and browse the phone? how to unlock? my english is bad..and im sorry for that!
When I put the phone on the charger lights up only the red light and white screen with a clock then the phone is switched off, the lamp goes off. The lamp is lit. screen lights up and displays the clock. and only that. I push button start, but no result.
Is it possible there is a failure because the phone has been left without a battery? Is it possible to get "falling softwere" or something? Could it be a technical problem? when carrying the phone to have hit him ... just do not know what to do and whether to give it a service?

Yes, a phone service should get you sorted out.

Kind of like taking the car in for an annual service.

If you use is for more than 12K hours though, you will need to service it more often than once a year.

Make sure the phonecanic uses a good quality SIM card, and checks the working parts out to Blackberry spec.

Hope this helps.

Absolutely not - it is a well known fact that you need to get your phone regularly serviced. Especially important with the radiation it can emit if not done - just like the annual house boiler service.

Hope this helps - stay safe with your Blackberry.

You're a loon if you believe that mate. Mobile phones are not boilers or cars, and do not need service. Please stop misinforming people.
