I have a curve8520 model, with T Mobile.
I have the regular contract, and I also pay monthly for internet, bbm and the other services.
Everything's worked fine from December until about a month ago, and now BBM doesn't work, I can't access the internet or get any internet connection whatsoever.
I also can't use the Facebook application that I installed from AppWorld. Also, I can't even access AppWorld - I get an error message saying App World cannot connect to the server - to delete and re download everything.
I've called my provider, but they're not very helpful at all
Is there anything I can do, or should I just keep calling until I get someone useful!?
