Hi,
the BES runs with no problems.
my old bes have phone call logs (csv) but in the new one there is no csv file.
after i google some ours i find out there is an option in the it policy like pmi synchronization.
i mus activate the logging there.
but in the 5.0.4 there is no option to activate like:
PIM Synchronization > Disable Phone Call Log Wireless Synchronization
PIM Synchronization > Disable PIN Messages Wireless Synchronization
PIM Synchronization > Disable SMS Messages Wireless Sync
did bb forget these funktion ?
how can i activate the call logs in 5.0.4 ???
