Hi,

I have downloaded the latest Desktop manager and Media manager but could not seem to be able to retrieve some photos in the device on to my laptop. (the handheld was given to me without any CD or startpack). Snycing the contact list with DM is fine but not the media part of it

Is there a compatibility issue with the DM or the OS on the device - the device states that it is using Wireless handheld (Edge) v4.1.0.258 (Platform 2.0.0.111)

This does add that the device has recently ceased being able to make calls or received calls... Thus, it made me worry that the end is near for the handset and would certainly want to save all the memories.
