Default Help We just pushed out a password policy and I have a user with:

Please Login to Remove!

Customer is trying to login to his Blackberry and is getting the following error message.
"The following application is requesting access to your key store password. Your password will be validated against new IT pollicy password requirement."

What does this mean?

It's asking for permission to continue. For example, when I push down a password reset, it asks on the handset if it is ok to accept the new password.

This looks like the password policy coming down.

Ciao.
