I tried to solve this problem earlier, but I posted my question in the wrong place. I am re-posting now, but in the correct forum.
My daughter has a new curve 2 -- the optical mouse is a very cool feature. She downloaded Pandora yesterday, but she cannot get to the icon to start the program without going through several layers of menu options.
How can she move the icon to a place that makes starting Pandora more simple?
Also, her phone freezes up several times a day. She fixes it by pulling her battery. Her boyfriend has the Tour, and his phone almost never freezes up, but it does occasionally. Her software is up-to-date. Is there an easy fix, or does it need to be returned to Verizon?
