i recently got a new storm but cannot restore my contacts using the desktop manager.. it shows i have the contacts but is gray so i cant select it. is there anyway to make it so i can get them back or am i S.O.L.? im using a macbook pro as well..

You need to disable the wireless sync and then you'll be able to restore.
