Default RIMM Service Outtages

In light of the recent problems RIMM has had with its network availaility, how are you as a BES Admin keeping abreast of the network availability?

In the old days, RIMM had a link on their page that showed network status. This link is no longer there.

I have just been giving our service provider (Cingular) a call. Friday they knew what the problem was by the time my call got through (a few minutes on hold) - took them a little longer on Wednesday.

Yeah Cingular was able to tell me also, but still I had to spend time troubleshooting my BES server because the CIO thought the problem was on our side..it wasn't until he realized that we couldn't PIN each otehr that the problem was at RIM or the SP

A link to current network status would be very very helpfull;...

I rely on the user community and the mail list for bb network outages to inform me before the higher up's find out so I can notify them that it's down.

I am trying to avoid having to do sort of phone call to Cingular. Their (customer) service has become so bad lately, that I just don't want to call them for anything.
