I'm on BES 4.0 for exchange... just added a new user and he can recieve emails from within our company but any external emails don't get to the Blackberry... suggestions?

Do the external messages appear in Outlook? These messages stay in the inbox? Or are they being saved into a PST?

Does not really look like a BES problem, to say the least.

Is he a new user to Exchange, too? I had a new employee to set up last week and there was an issue with his new Exchange mailbox that would not allow external emails to come thru - this also messed up the Enterprise Activation....so until the email team fixed that I couldn't complete the device activation.
