Hi , has anybody had the same issue as
i have with buttons / button falling off
their phone ?

I haven't had that problem at all. If you recently got the phone, I'd return it and get another one.

sorted , after a 30 minute conversation with T Mobile and
taking the phone to their shop , they agreed it had not been
dropped or damaged and agreed to replace the phone .

i have had it since February and have not had a problem, although that little pastic piece where it says tmobile on the bottom is loose.

that could be a broken clip on that part , when i had the issue
of the buttons i looked to replace the keypad as intially T Mobile said
they would not replace it , so i saw a tutorial on how to replace the keypad
and that involved removing the T mobile log plastic bit , as i said above this
have little locaters / clips so maybe one of those is broken

by doing that, i think you void the warrenty.

No, None of my buttons have fallen of YET. I've only had since last month so there is still time

yes thats very true , but it could have been my only way or buy a new phone - but in the end my problem was sorted by T Mobile
