Default 2 Themes only for Tour???

Please Login to Remove!

I was a huge lover of the "L" theme on my curve, just enough space for wht i use every day often. Only a few time a week would i have to expand to full icon view...

Why on earth did BB only launch the Tour with two themes, and two themes that look exactly the same (short of a few icon tweaks)

Anyone ou there know of an "L" theme, please help.

Thanks...

No third party themes are available for the device yet. Plazmic is not compatible.

I sure wouldn't want a BB release held up because of Themes.

The next theme should be a Miami Hurricane Theme.

What good is a BB if you can't have your calander appointments viewable on your home screen? This is frustrating the hell out of me. I have poor memory and I'm forgetting things because I'm not used to having to go in and check the calander.

The L shortcut key comes in handy for me

You could always set and alert for the event.

I agree with complexx, I can't believe they launched this without a today theme. So much extra work have to look inside the inbox to see new mail. I know that sounds like a joke, but when you average about 200-300 emails a day (which can't be much for us die hard blackberry users), all that extra clicking gets annoying. This is the whole reason I have a blackberry, to make email and calendar easy. If it wasn't for that, I'd probably have an iPhone.

Alerts don't really work in replacement of a today theme, it will alert you when you have something coming up, but you can't jut glance down at the screen, and see your day, your new email, and missed calls, in one glance.

//edit

anyone know if a bold theme, or another BB's theme would work?

I would be willing to bet that a curve theme may work. The screen appears to have the same dimensions as the Curve. I could be wrong but its worth a shot.

I would disagree as a Curve runs on 4.2, 4.3, and 4.5. The Tour runs on 4.7.1 It will not work.

The 8350i ran into the same issue as it runs on 4.6. There weren't any themes for it when it was released.

The Sprint 9630 only has one installed. Since Sprint finally posted the OS for download I guess I should install it and unlock the VZ theme. Can't wait for more themes, I really miss my Today plus theme. :(

No point in unlocking the VZW theme, it's the same as the Sprint one just a different wallpaper.
