Default Upgrade Path BES Express 5.0.2 to 5.0.4

Please Login to Remove!

Hi

I am a newbie to environment and I am seeking a little guidance. I am running Windows 2k8 with BES Express 5.0.2. From my readings, I realised that I need to upgrade to 5.0.4 however I am not finding any documentation to facilitate this process, is there any documentation assisting with this process. To this end, I need to upgrade once the initial upgrade is complete to BES 10. Is there any documentation facilitating this. All of the components are saved to the same server.

Please help

I just upgraded this AM from 5.0.2.x to current. Did 5 MR3, 5 MR4 and then the image.dll security patch and all is well. Make sure you get the specific BES Express packages as the standard BES ones won't work.

Even though I knew that, the hardest part of the process was finding the correct installers.

Now that my BES5 is current, I installed BES 10.1 on a VM and have been tinkering with that.
