Default Emails not filing on handset when filed in Outlook and vice versa

Please Login to Remove!

I have got hundreds of these errors in my windows application log; this is continually happening.
{user@user.com} MAPIMailbox::GetEntryIDFromSourceKey - GetHierarchyTable (0x80040115) failed

He is having big problems with this user's blackberry.He can send and receive emails no problem.

However when he files an email from his Outlook, it doesn't file it on his blackberry and vice versa. The setting "Hide Filed emails " is set to YES!

I have tried to reactivate the handset several times, plus deleted all Desktop services book, and resent service books.

What does this error mean, how can I fix?

Running bes 4.1.16.22

On the BES Management Console > Right Click the affected user and select 'Choose Folders for Redirection'. Ensure the folder(s) the messages are being moved to are selected for folder redirection.

Also, maybe run 'IEMSTEST.exe' from the BES Server (it can be found in the TOOLS folder of the Installation Package). This will allow you to choose the affected user and then test the BES Service Account can create and delete a folder in the user's mailbox.

Other things to maybe try, run outlook using the 'Outlook.exe /resetfoldernames' and 'Outlook.exe /resetfolders' switches.

If all else fails, remove the user from the BES (selecting to remove the hidden folder from the mailbox), then add them again and re-activate the device. Note: This will lose any customisations such as manually created shortcuts, Auto Text, etc.
