Question Problem with Simultaneous Bluetooth Connections

Please Login to Remove!

I have a bluetooth headset for hands-free talking and a bluetooth GPS receiver which I use with Telenav. I am unable to use them both at the same time. If I'm in Telenav, using the GPS receiver and I turn on the headset, I get an error message in Telenav like "no GPS data available". Likewise, when I'm on the phone talking through my headset, I turn the GPS receiver on and the headset loses it's connection.

I can't determine if it's a compatability issue between my Route 66 GPS receiver and Motorolla headset, or if it's that my 8703e Verizon BlackBerry is just not able to maintain two simultaneous connections.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
