I had to reload the BES Server after a crash. I add the users and had them try to reactivate the blackberries and they get IT Policy Rejectecd. What needs to be done to reslove this issue? Thanks

Try wiping the handheld and go thru the activation again.

Once I figured out where to do the wipe, I instructed the users and that did the trick. Thanks
