MAPI profile on BES 5.0

twice in the past 6 months i've noticed not getting emails to my BB device, when i login to the BES and look at the MAPI profile location, it shows our old exchange server - change it back to the new server and it works again - (the 'old' server is still online, but houses no mailboxes - i think the exchange admin is using it for public folders) - has anyone experienced this issue before?
