Need your xpertise/thoughts...


PROBLEM:

"You message could not be sent (Error a person with this name could not be found)."


I use Enterprise Messenger (ver. 2.1.18) for Lotus Notes..
There is an option Send Message To: and select the user from our national address book. I use lookup feature to find the user and send a message. It comes back with error message. Whether I use existing user on my blackberry address book or not I get the same error.

Any of you had encounter this issue before...
