We have a user that uses Organizer for her calendar (not the Notes calendar). She performs a manual synch of the Organizer calendar with the BlackBerry. She keeps turning off the wireless calendar synchronization option on the BlackBerry, but it keeps turning itself back on. Why this is a problem is she actually uses the her Notes calendar for another purpose, and entries keep showing up on the BlackBerry and the Notes Calendar that the she has entered. Since she manually synchs Organizer, she just doesn't want the BB to touch/synch with the Notes calendar. Had any of you blackberry admins. in this forum had this issue and what did you do to fix the issue..? I saw RIM's knowledge base stating that BES needs to be 4.0 sp3 or higher and Desktop Manager needs to be 4.1.1.13 or higher..Our BES is 4.1.4.12 so we are good there. I'm gonna have the user check her DM version....

And Calendar Sync in the Desktop Manager is not set to wireless?
