10ACTony Knows Where the Search Button Is Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: West TN Model: 8830 PIN: N/A Carrier: Verizon Posts: 21	Question on 8830 Hardware Please Login to Remove! What are the two copper colored spots, just below the convenience button, on the left side of the BB 8830. I'd think they might be some kind of electrical contacts, but I've not been able to find any charger that looks like they'd use those contatcs.
