I'm looking at the release sheet and its scheduled to be released tomorrow to Business and Premier customers....

As I posted last week, I spoke to a rep from at&t sales last Friday . Not from a store, directly from the company. He was real nice over the phone and said that there was no ETA on the Curve but had seen the teaser that was up on the Business site. He also asked me if it would be alright if he called me when it was going to be released. He had all my info because I told him I was going to be adding a line to my account. Well Well, I got a call at about 7pm tonight, and it was him saying that he has learned that the Curve is being released tomorrow. See here's a guy trying to make a sale and staying in touch with his leads, don't we all wish all the reps were like this! Anyway, I guess tomorrow is our day after all!

The main personal site is down too. Maybe they're doing some re-branding for at&t?

Yea, except AT&T will probably disappoint us as usual. At least when Apple does it, you really know they are up to something.

Ain't that the truth!

I just noticed that when you click on Personal it redirects to a Cell Phones and Cell Phone plans from Cingular Wireless now the new AT&T site instead of Cell Phones and Cell Phone plans from Cingular Wireless now the new AT&T. Never noticed that before...

OK, got a question. What about the Curve besides the camera makes it so much better than the GPS? I am in government and the GPS means more to me than the camera, for which I carry a SoLinc Moto i580. Just curious and trying to decide if I want the Curve.

I myself also think the 8800 feels quite cheeply made compared to the 8300.

Even though I'm in australia, I hope this gets release on friday for you all, its a great device.

Just called AT&T Business Services in hopes that they had the 8300 already right after midnight CST...but they did not.

I hope that I don't have to wait another week until the Premier or Business Services get stock...

Oh well...off to bed now, and I will call again later.
