Hi, I'm new to this forum and to blackberry. I received a bold 9000 as a gift from a friend of mine and other than web browsing I have no internet on the phone, ie I can't go on facebook, it says I don't have the correct data plan. I can't go on google maps, it says network not available. I can't go on msn it says service not eneabled on this handheld. I tried permissions and searching online but with no success. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You need to call your phone service carrier and add the proper BlackBerry Data Plan to your account.

Yep. For many of them you do.
