Question about using the Yahoo messenging app for BB. As you can see, I have at&t as my carrier. I DO NOT have the data plan for my blackberry, internet surfing and emails are not needed in my situation (YET). So, my question has to do with this Yahoo app att has, will I get charged for data usage if i download and install this app? Does it use data to send messages? I would really like to use it, but I won't if i'm gonna get charged with data usage. Any input would be appreciated!

as far as i know, yes, it uses data.

If your bb has wifi as long as you have a connection it will Use that. If you have no wifi then yes it will use your data.
