Default Hotmail - Old emails coming through

Please Login to Remove!

Not sure where to problem is coming from (RIM, Hotmail, or BB), but randomly (once or twice a month) I get really old emails from my hotmail inbox come though to my blackberry.
These are emails that are months or even years old and they show up on my blackberry as a new message.
In Hotmail nothing has changed, there is no new copy or anything...

Any ideas?
Curve 8330.

Thanks,
Shane

I haven't been paying attention so don't know if anyone else has reported problems. I assume you searched?

For what it's worth, there were people reporting this sort of thing with google, at least a long time ago. Don't recall if anyone ever found a fix. Might be worth a search to see.

This has happened to me as well, just randomly and it's usually months in between but it will just send my whole inbox to my BB, we are talking 60 something plus emails just sent to my BB. Very strange and quite annoying.

An investigation I did on the same problem a few months ago indicated it is a Hotmail issue. No one had a solution for it that I could find.

The situation did improve for me, going from a dozen repeat old e-mails each day, to the occasional one or two popping into my Inbox on average once a fortnight.
