When I'm on a call my 9720 sometimes somehow I end up touching the screen and putting caller on hold or cutting them off I've looked to see how I can make the sesitivity harder but nothing is working also if I lock my phone put it in my bag 9 times out of 10 it somehow it unlocks and times it has made calls in my bag I would ditch the phone and get something else but love this phone apart from these cpl of problems can anyone please help

Do you have a password set? If you lock it and it's password protected, the only way is should unlock is by typing in the password. That makes butt-dialing impossible.
