I am using a BlackBerry Z10 in Iran and really love my BlackBerry but I can't access the BlackBerry World. It shows me error 404. Besides that I can't write in Persian and update my OS ota. When will that be possible and how can I solve the mentioned problems? PLZ help

You will not be able to solve it unless and until you move out of iran.you can go to neighboring country.
