i got 20 megs left on the download... can't wait to get this loaded.... sucks that the work day is over... my wife is gonna wanna run out for the rest of night... maybe i can squeeze the upgrade in..... maybe.

other than running faster and smoother with no waiting for any apps to load no hour glass for anything or the menu to come up running the zen theme i dont notice any major changes

It looks like the Desktop Manager is an upgrade also? V4.2 b18. The last TMO was 4.2.0.14

It comes packaged with the OS update, 1 install for heyvvvverything.

delete vendor.xml by...goto
program files/common files/research in motion/app loader...

and you will find the file to delete. Happy updating!

Thanks. Will wait to see what y'all find updated before I upgrade. Just upgraded to .64 yesterday but will upgrade again if worth it...

Do you have to delete the DM currently installed? When I ran the file, it only installed the new OS, not the DM.

Great find. They were one of the two other carriers who were going with this version - just had an issue with speaking Spanish to figure out when they were going to release the Pearl.

Considering that the version number changes in each COD file every release, ALL applications are ALWAYS updated - no exceptions.
