Cross River Systems LLC is pleased to announce version 3.5 of its flagship product PocketDay. The new version includes a number of new enhancements including a Search Capabiltiy and the ability for PocketDay Professional to support Plug-In modules the first of which is PocketDay Sports.

The new Search capability is available for both the Personal and Professional versions and allows web, local, driving directions and image searches.

PocketDay Sports enables you to receive Real-Time Sports Scores on your BlackBerry while remaining completely within PocketDay. Other highlights include:

* All scores from NCAA Basketball and Football, NBA, NFL, NHL and MLB
* Create Unlimited Personal Scoreboards for your favorite teams / schools
* Get Real-Time scores with automatic refreshing and vibration alerts as frequently as you want

PocketDay Sports is available as a yearly subscription that will cost $3.95 a month (or a discounted $40 / year). * Added a Sports Plug-In

* Added the ability for PocketDay to automatically detect changes to calendar and task items made in the native BlackBerry applications.
* New Stock Information Provider
* New Go To Date replaces the Go to Today key. This now allows any date selection in any view (daily, weekly and monthly)
* Removed the month and year selection boxes on the Month View. The new Go To Today key replaces this.
* Added a new communications transport that’s able to be used generically on many carriers instead of WAP
* Added new Start and Stop times for Refreshing Weather and Stocks. This helps with battery life.
* On email reply’s PocketDay now selects the proper “From” address for T-Mobile and others using the new email service
* Tweaks for the 8700
* Cosmetic changes on Weather Display.
