After numerous failed attempts to upgrade my phone to Curve via my.tmobile.com, I called customer service with no luck. After relogging on to it, Curve link is no longer there.. :(

I had to call CS twice before I got a rep who knew what he was doing. Keep trying. Explain to them that the upgrade feature was available online and you got error messages. That was my strategy and it worked.

I know, it worked when I was at work now its gone. I will call a CSR now.

Keep calling everyone. It took 2 calls to CS to get my upgrade order placed. First gal said not till Monday. Hung up. Second said, "No problem sir, I'll be happy to place the order for you." While I was at it, I upgraded my wife's phone to a Nokia 6086 and WiFi H@H service. By the way, the CS folks should be offering you free SIMs with your order (normally ~$10). Make sure to ask for those if they don't offer. New orders will always get a free SIM (can't make calls without one), but upgrades might or might not.

The CSR I just got off the phone with said not until monday. No big deal, I will have my new curve with my breakfast on Monday morning

I'm wondering since technically it's not avail till Monday, whether TMO upgrade via online will end up shipping in out on Monday. In this case, we won't get it till Tues/Wed. I may just go Curve hunting at TMO retail on Monday.. This way, I may get lucky and score one over the weekend!!
