Please could someone help ??.

I have a BB torch with a BB data plan all was good until last night when i was prompted to update App World, which i did, now for some reason i cant use BB Browser or App World over wifi ?. BBM works fine so do youtube and all the other apps?

I get a "Data Services Disabled" msg on browser and a "Data Services not Operational" on App World.

I spend alot of time in Spain so i switch data off while im out of the UK, but have been using App World and the Browser fine over my personal wifi in Spain up until last nights update?

Please any help would be much appreciated.

Pull the battery and it will reload the OS. Wait for about 3 minutes then put it back

another thing if that does not reset everything is to try a resend on the service books. they control the Data service.
