Thats what I figured. I doubt there's security built into the blackberry to prevent this, but rather my guess are the people developing the software don't have blackberrys so they don't care.
I got one of the apps to load but it gave a java runtime error. I'm sure it's possible.

If you knew what I know, and you did highly sensitive things, you wouldn't use a blackberry. They're fine for normal people though.
