You may have installed only two apps on it, but where are your photos, MP3s and videos stored? If they're being stored in your device memory, that will fill up very fast. Get an microSDHC card and transfer all your media to that instead.

3mb free is very low. You must have some pictures, ringtones or videos saved in the device storage and not on the SD card. You have to find them and move them. With 3mb free, the BB will barely run.

You know, that is one small change I would like to see added to those screens -- insert the commas, please. It is so easy to misread that, especially with my eyesight these days!
