You may have installed only two apps on it, but where are your photos, MP3s and videos stored? If they're being stored in your device memory, that will fill up very fast. Get an microSDHC card and transfer all your media to that instead.

3mb free is very low. You must have some pictures, ringtones or videos saved in the device storage and not on the SD card. You have to find them and move them. With 3mb free, the BB will barely run.

What is it you are doing when you get the warning and what is the warning telling you?

Does look like 30mb to me too.....
