My 9800 Torch came with some form of mini-CD which says Blackberry User Tools. No documentation or instructions on what to do with this. Does the 9800 Torch come with some mini-CD device ? It will not load in my computer which expects a normal size CD. What do I do with this mini-CD ? Is it downloadable somewhere so I can burn it to a regular CD ?
Most computers can accept the smaller CDs. There is usually a slightly recessed inner circle in the tray for it to fit into in the drive. However, if you don't have a CD tray then you are probably out of luck.
I never looked that the CD, but I would assume it's the Blackberry Desktop Manager. I just downloaded it so I'd have the latest. CDs tend to have older versions most of the time.
