Does anyone know of an appplication that allows the user to enter a calling card and the blackberry to dial using that calling card? It would also be useful if the program could identify where the user is in the world and use the proper dialing rules based on a database of some kind. For instance, if the user is from the US and is in China, dialing rules would be different then when the user is in the US and does not need to ustilize the card. Any help would be appreciated.

New version of eWorks (part of eOffice version 3) will have exactly this functionality. You can currently check out its beta (available for download in another thread).
